At Signare Tapestry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tapestry accessory isn't quite right, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original protective packaging to ensure the delicate tapestry fabric remains undamaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
